Science for the Community:

Celebrating Inclusivity and Engagement

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

We invite students, faculty, researchers, and practitioners to share their research.

 

This conference is an opportunity to showcase your research, engage in thoughtful discussions, and connect with like-minded peers and mentors in a supportive environment. We encourage proposals from all disciplines and research areas. Whether you're advancing cutting-edge theories, conducting innovative experiments, or exploring interdisciplinary topics, we want to hear from YOU!

Each submission must include:

1. A title and abstract (maximum 250 words)

2. The category of submission (presentation, poster, or flash talk)

Notification of acceptance two weeks after submission date

PAPER PRESENTATIONS

Oral research presentations (15–20 minutes) on a panel discussing your current work, methodologies, and findings.

DUE BY APRIL 18, 2025

POSTER SESSIONS

Present your research visually in a more interactive and informal format. Posters will be displayed during dedicated poster sessions, where attendees can engage directly with presenters.

DUE BY MAY 2, 2025

FLASH TALKS

Brief, high-energy presentations (5 minutes) highlighting the core ideas and significance of your research. Perfect for those with exciting, innovative findings to share in a concise and engaging format.

DUE BY APRIL 18, 2025
